Terms of Services

1. It is really important to read this page of the Terms of Services first before requesting an art to avoid any misunderstandings.

2. By requesting an art you must agree with these terms.

3. I maintain my right to accept or reject any art request that contains the following themes: guro, vora, scat, necrophilia, pedophilia, rape, sexual assault, racism, hate speech, or any content that I may find offensive.

1. Fill out the form to request an art, the link is in the Commission section of the webpage. Make sure to check in and add all the details of your art, including images and/or photo references of your character(s).

2. Once you send the form, I revise it to see if everything is according to the rules. If the form is rejected, you will receive a message by email about the reason for its rejection.

3. If the form gets approved, I send you the first installment payment to start the art. The payment will be by the method you choose in the form.

4. Once the payment is done, I send you the first sketch for revision. The first three revisions are for free. Revisions are from the first sketch to the finished art. However, from the fourth revision, I will start to charge for each revision.

5. If you agree with the sketch, I will continue to work on the art until is finished.

6. When the art is done, I send you the finished art with a watermark on it and in low resolution for last revisions (read point 4 again).

7. If you’re happy with the final results, I will send you the last installment payment.

8. Once the installment is paid, I will send you the finished art in high resolution.

9. And last but not least, enjoy the art.

Important note: Comic/Manga pages are not included in this process, they have their own process (read the Comics/Manga section)

A. International Payments

1. International payments will be in US$ only.

2. International payments will be made by PayPal, Payoneer, PipolPay, or Airtm.

3. No money Bank transfer for international payments

B. Domestic Payments (Venezuela)

1. Domestic payments can be made in US$ or Bolívares.

2. In the case of payments with Bolívares, the amount will be according to the Banco Central de Venezuela's (BCV) exchange rate of the day.

3. Domestic payments with US$ can be made by PayPal, Payoneer, PipolPay, or Airtm.

4. Domestic payments with Bolívares can be made by Banco Mercantil or Banco Provincial and by mobile payment.

1. I will maintain my right to publish the art or comic pages on my website's blog and social media.

2. If the client wants to, I can mention their name or username.

3. You can publish the art in your website, blog, or share in social media such as Instagram, Twitter (X), Thrends, TikTok, Pinterest, or any social media. No need to ask permission from the artist.

4. You can not claim that you made this art.

5. Giving credit to the artis is not necessary, but it would be so cool of you if you do so.

6. The art is for personal use, not for commercial use.

7. Don't redistribute or sell the art on other stock photos or wallpaper platforms.

1. The client can cancel the request at any time.

2. If in the case of the first installment is paid, but the client wants to cancel the request, they can ask for a refund for the money.

3. The client has 10 days to request the refund of the payment.

4. If the period of 10 days has expired, the client can not ask for any refund. Please, be aware of this point.

1. Comic/Manga pages requests will be made in Buy me a Coffee webpage only.

2. The payments are in US$ only.

3. I will work on one or two pages. The second additional page will be charged.

4. The story must be a one shot only with beginning and ending.

5. I will not work on a long comic/manga series.

6. Depending on the content of the script, I maintain my right to approved or reject any story that I may find offensive.

7. I maintain my right to accept or reject any comic/manga requests that contains the following themes: guro, vora, scat, necrophilia, pedophilia, rape, sexual assault, racism, hate speech, or any content that I may find offensive.
