General

It is really important to read this page of the Terms of Service first before requesting an art to avoid any misunderstandings.
By reading this page, you agreed with the terms and conditions explained in this section.
This is a first-come-first-serve. If you see that I'm taking too long to contact you, it means that I am working with a client(s) who came before you. Please be patient. Your turn will come soon.
Payments are upfront after out first contact.
You have the option to cancel the request and ask for a refund if you change your mind. But keep in mind that once you cancel your request, you'll lose your slot in the list (see Cancelations and Refunds).
Because I still have a full-time job working as a graphic designer, the art will take me from one week (if the art is in Manga Style) to two weeks (in the case of Anime Style). Weekends I work full-time in the art.
Client's real identity will be protected and will not be mentioned when the art is published (see Publication section)
I will not work on any art that depicts racism, hate, or promotes violence against race, gender, social or political group, religion, or sexual orientation.
In the case of NSFW arts, I will not work on any art that depicts rape, pedophilia, necrophilia, or any theme that I don't feel comfortable to work with.
I have the right to accept or reject any art that doesn't follow the rules and conditions mentioned in theTerms of Service.

Fill out the form to request your art; the link is in the Commission section of the webpage.
Once I receive the form, I will contact you by email for more details about your art request, reference materials, prices, and the payment method you want to choose.
If you agreed with the terms and prices, I send you a payment request by PayPal, Pipol Pay, Zinli, Airtm, or Payoneer.
After the payment is done, I'll start working on the sketch. Normally, it will take a day or two to finish the first draft.
I'll send you the first sketch for revision.
If you agreed with the sketch, I will start working on the art. From time to time, I'll send you a WIP of the art.
Once the art is done, I'll send you the finished art in high-resolution.
And last but not least, enjoy the art!

A. International Payments

International payments will be in US$ only.
International payments will be made by PayPal, Payoneer, PipolPay, Zinli, or Airtm.
No money Bank transfer for international payments

B. Domestic Payments (Venezuela)

Domestic payments can be made in US$ or Bolívares.
In the case of payments with US$ can be made by PayPal, Payoneer, PipolPay, Zinli, or Airtm.
In the case of payments with Bolívares, the price of the art will be according to the Banco Central de Venezuela's (BCV) exchange rate of the day.
Domestic payments with Bolívares can be made by mobile payment.

The artist have the right to publish the art on his website's blog and social media.
If the client wants to be anonymous, please inform the artist by email before he publishs the art.
If the client does give the artist permission to be mentioned, their mention will be the client's social media's name account like Instagram, Twitter (X), Blusky, Threads, or any other social media that the client uses.
To protect the client's identity, client's real name will not be displayed on blog, nor social media.
Clients can publish the art on their website, blog, or share on social media such as Instagram, Twitter (X), Thrends, TikTok, Pinterest, Blusky, or any social media. No need to ask permission to the artist. But, please, credit him on the post.
Clients can not claim that they made the art.
The art is for personal use, not for commercial use.
Do not redistribute or sell the art on other stock photos or wallpaper platforms.

The client can cancel the request at any time.
The client has 15 days to request a refund of the payment.
After the period of 15 days has expired, the client can no longer ask for any refund.
in the case that you cancel your request, you will lose your slot in the list.
